The CreteAngle® Multiflow Forced Action Pan Mixer Model 'LE' Standard Duty has been designed for materials testing in laboratories/universities, and is suitable for a wide range of materials including dry, semi-dry and viscous.
This covers materials such as concrete and concrete based products, resins (acrylic, epoxy, polyester etc.) and polymers.
The CreteAngle® Forced Action Pan Mixer Model 'LE' Standard Duty Duty has a complete and rapid mixing action. This is because of the unique paddle configuration that can provide a complete batch mix within 1 minute or under.
This model can be transported easily for site testing as four wheels and two axles can be fitted. It is easily moved about the laboratory or work area and can be moved through standard sized doorways.
The mixing pan and blades are guarded with a Safety Headguard supplied with the mixer. The Headguard has a mesh aperture through which additional material may be added and the mix viewed. There is also guarding to prevent material from spilling over the electric motor and gearbox.
The Model 'LE' Standard can be fitted with a Pan Tipper, which enables the material to be discharged into a wheelbarrow or a suitable receptacle; the pan tipper handle can be removed for transportation. Alternatively, the pan can be removed with a Pan Trolley enabling a number of pans to be used. This increases output, and makes it easy to deal with different types of mix without stopping to clean out the pans.
The Model 'LE' Standard can be fitted with either single phase or three phase EU manufactured electric motors suitable for any power supply used in the world.
Spare parts, such as replacement blades and pans are available from stock, although with the hard facing applied to the leading edges of the blades, and the heavy duty pan supplied; a long life in the testing laboratory environment is ensured.
