The CreteAngle® Multiflow Pan Type Mixer Model 'M' was designed for factory production and for laboratory use where large quantities of material are required, being most suitable for semi-dry to viscous mixes, particularly concrete materials where colours are added. The use of a number of pans with one machine increases output and allows various types of materials to be mixed in succession without cleaning out the pans.
The 'M' mixers will also mix compounds, mortars, concrete, reconstructed stone, refractory materials, etc.
The Model 'M'' can be used as a basic mixer where the operator shovels or scoops the material out of the (plain) pan when mixed. The plain pan can also be used in conjunction with a pan trolley (non tipping) with catchplate mechanism where the pan is wheeled away and the material removed again by shovelling or scooping.
Alternatively, the Model 'M' can be supplied with a flanged pan which is used with a Tipping Trolley. This allows instantaneous or controlled tipping. With this method, the pan trolley guide rails automatically position the flanged pan on the turntable of the machine; the pan is unlocked from the trolley by a simple lever action.
Automatic power take-up is fitted to the 'M' mixer as standard. Mixing is automatically started and stopped as the machine head is lowered into and raised out of the mixing pan.
The mixing blades are hard-faced on the leading edges to prolong life. Spare parts are readily available from stock.
The mixer is easy to operate and maintain. It is of robust construction, quality components and materials being fitted to ensure a long and reliable life giving fast, thorough and consistent results throughout.
Also available is the hydraulically-operated Model 'ME/112/H' Mixer with a mix capacity of 112 litres and with the option of being filled from a hopper system or manually with bagged materials. This mixer incorporates single lever hydraulic tipping to the pan to allow the mixed material to discharge directly into any suitable container.
