The CreteAngle® Multiflow Forced Action Pan Mixer Model 'S' has been designed for use in material testing laboratories/universities or in locations where only small quantities of mix are required, such as:

  • cement
  • concrete (including HS, HPC, UHPC, SFRC)
  • resins (acrylic, epoxy, polyester etc)
  • polymers

giving consistent and fast results. This mixer works efficiently with dry, semi-dry or viscous materials to a maximum of 10mm aggregate grading. The action is positive and rapid and the blades are designed to thoroughly mix the contents of the pan both horizontally and vertically; normally within 1 minute or under.

The pan can be removed from the turntable with a pan-carrying handle. This accessory enables a number of pans to be used, which besides increasing output, makes it easy to deal with different types of mix without stopping to clean the pan. The pan can also be tipped and the load discharged when using the pan-carrying handle.

The mixing pan and blades are guarded with a Safety Headguard supplied with the mixer. The Headguard has a mesh aperture through which additional material may be added and the mix viewed.

The mixing blades are hard-faced on the leading edges to prolong life.

The Model 'S' can be supplied with high efficiency EU manufactured electric motors suitable for any power supply.

The mixer is easy to operate and maintain. The materials and components used are of the highest quality. With their proven reliability CreteAngle® Forced Action Mixers give consistent results, long life and minimum maintenance. Spare parts are readily available from stock.
